Rotterdam noordsingel

The former courts at the Noordsingel were built in 1899 after a design by National Architect Metzelaar. The premises were vacated after the new courts in the Kop van Zuid neighbourhood were opened.

The restorations aimed to return the building to its original style. Through the addition of extra facilities (elevators, ramps), natural climate-control, and improved daylight conditions and views, the building has become perfectly suited to house offices.
